Route Selection Order

For everyday browsing, online work, and AI tools, start with a geographically closer region and a shorter path, then check connection stability. For streaming, match the content region first, then switch between route types in that region. IEPL dedicated routes suit scenarios where cross-border link stability matters; transit routes balance coverage and connection quality; direct routes work best when the path from the local network to the destination is already smooth.

Multiple routes in the same region are not duplicate configurations. Different entry points, exits, and transport methods can handle network changes at different times. If a webpage opens but video playback is inconsistent, switch to another route in the same region before repeatedly changing client settings; this usually makes the issue easier to isolate.

SERVICE NOTES

Six Core Capabilities, Explained

Features should not be reduced to a generic one-line description. Use the index on the left to see the problem each capability addresses, suitable use cases, and practical limits.

Route Structure

Check stability first during evening use—not just the instant connection result

Cross-border access depends on the entire path, not merely on whether the client says it is connected. NHVPN configures regions and transport methods separately, so users can choose an entry point based on the destination service and compare IEPL dedicated, transit, and direct routes. When loading slows in the evening, switching to another route in the same region can reduce the need to repeatedly change app settings.

Coverage reaches 110+ countries / 160+ routes. The goal is not simply a longer list, but switchable paths in commonly used regions. Browsing, online meetings, file syncing, and long-form video playback respond differently to network fluctuations, so choosing by use case is more reliable than relying on one fixed route.

PLAN PREVIEW

Choose a Monthly Plan by actual usage

All three monthly plans reset traffic each month on the activation date and support unlimited device connections. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days.

60GB Monthly Plan

¥9.9 / month

Suitable for light web browsing, text communication, and occasional use. When traffic needs are low, there is no need to pay for capacity you will not use yet.

  • 60GB included monthly
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • Supports unlimited device connections

500GB Monthly Plan

¥28 / month

Suitable for extended video use, file syncing, and frequent use across multiple devices. Check historical traffic statistics on your devices first instead of estimating from memory.

  • 500GB included monthly
  • Resets monthly on the activation date
  • Supports unlimited device connections

Never Expires

Pay-As-You-Go Traffic Packages

Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB, and ¥658 / 3000GB. They suit irregular usage or users who do not want monthly traffic resets. Monthly plans are better for continuous use; traffic packages work better for occasional use or long-term backup. The key difference is the traffic-reset rule, not route coverage.

QUICK ANSWERS

Quick Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Start by confirming registration, plans, devices, traffic, and route-selection rules. For a fuller explanation of how things work and how to troubleshoot, continue to the complete guide.

Is an email address required to register?

No email address is required; register with a username and password. Keep your login details safe. After registration, view plans, orders, clients, and subscription details in the user panel.

How many devices can connect to one subscription?

Unlimited device connections are supported on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Each device needs its own client installation and subscription import; all relevant entry points are in the user panel.

When does monthly-plan traffic reset?

Monthly-plan traffic resets each month on the activation date. The three current plans include 60GB at ¥9.9/month, 250GB at ¥18/month, and 500GB at ¥28/month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days.

Do traffic packages expire?

Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. If your usage varies, use historical traffic data to decide whether a package is a better fit.

What if I still cannot access the target service after connecting?

First confirm that the selected route region matches the target service region, then reopen the app or webpage. If the issue continues, switch to another route in the same region. Services tied to an account region also require checking the account’s own regional settings. For further troubleshooting, submit a ticket through the user panel.
